IP problem

If 1 IP refreshes the page lets say 10 time, the timer goes up for 10... How to limit this? So IP is not loged for 30 min. or something like that?

AFAIK, There is no limitation
it means that all visits are recorded, wathever the ip you're using
Unique visitors feature will probably fit your needs
